It will get your product produced and launched very quickly.
Limited production makes it too expensive to justify the development of a steel production tool.
Can a soft tool cast more than one item at a time?
Yes, depending on the size. 2, 4 or 8 cavities are not unusual.
How many castings can a soft tool produce?
Depending on the size and complexity of the design, 100,000 pieces is not unusual. Kvik Form guarantees tools for an agreed number of castings.
Does Kvik Form produce on site?
Yes. All production is performed at Kvik Form’s workshop in Denmark.
